Drain the sea moss and pour off the water (reserve to make your gel use it for other things, look up on YouTube) Barely cover the sea moss with boiling hot filtered water to steep until the water cools to room temp, place into the refrigerator overnight 6-10 hours. DON'T SKIP THE BOILING WATER STEP AS THIS MAKES THIS SEA MOSS GEL SET CORRECTLY!! 4. Remove the sea moss and place the sea moss into a strong blender. Pulse/blend until smooth adding your reserved water only if needed to make a smooth gel – too much will make your gel watery. Return to the fridge and it will fully set in 2-4 hours. Store product in a jar in your fridge for up 14-21 days. Take 1-2 Tb per day with applesauce, smoothie, or other food.
